Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Credjyo (credjyo.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Credjyo is a loan comparison and referral platform. We are NOT a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee loan approval. We connect users with third-party lenders who operate independently.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Pre-qualification and eligibility checks are performed by our partner lenders, not Credjyo. Loan approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the individual lender based on your application and creditworthiness. Credjyo makes no guarantees regarding approval or rates.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
Credjyo earns compensation when users are referred to our lending partners and complete loan applications. This does not increase the cost of your loan. Compensation may influence which products are featured, but we strive to provide objective comparisons.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information; use our services only for personal, lawful purposes; not attempt to circumvent or interfere with our systems; be at least 18 years of age; be a US resident.
6. Limitation of Liability
Credjyo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any loan obtained through our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for borrowers).
7. Third-Party Links
Our site contains links to third-party lender websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Credjyo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Credjyo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
